Current Job Openings:

As a Contractor Salesperson, you will be responsible for cultivating and securing business within your assigned territory. You will regularly visit commercial, industrial and residential electrical contractors and distributor partners to promote Lester Sales’ manufacturer’s products and solutions.  You will also develop and maintain relationships with specifiers to expedite the flow of project business. You will build meaningful relationships with vendor personnel, Inside Sales, Post-Sales Support, Directors, and Vice Presidents. You will be primarily responsible for the Opportunity Management portion of the Lester Sales Process and contribute heavily toward the Quotation portion.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Meets or exceeds sales goals as established by Vice President/Directors
  • Develops sales strategies and business plans that will create new, profitable opportunities
  • Visits contractors and specifying engineers within territory in a targeted, systematic manner; enhances and expands opportunities within the CRM
  • Establishes and nurtures relationships with vendor’s key personnel
  • Travels with vendor personnel to key contractors in territory
  • Collaborates regularly with the other Lester salespeople in the assigned territory to manage customer and vendor relationships with Outside Sales to secure orders
  • Expands product and application knowledge by participating in trainings
  • Enhances the Lester Sales brand by presenting themself in a professional manner
  • Implements Sandler sales skills and the Lester Sales’ process
  • Contributes daily to Lester Sales and vendor pipelines
  • Stays informed about competitive products and services
  • Closes opportunities as won/lost in a timely manner
  • Excels in verbal communication

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency is MS Office and CRM software
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
  • Must live in the territory for which you are applying
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor degree preferred
  • Five years of experience in a customer-facing sales role (business to business)
  • Good driving record, able to meet Lester Sales driving qualifications
  • Must successfully complete pre-employment testing 

Role:  As an Inside Salesperson, you will be responsible for growing sales on behalf of our vendor partners as well as developing the Lester Sales brand among our customer base. You will work in conjunction with Outside Sales and Directors to help customers discover solutions for their product applications; you’ll also work with Post-Sales Support to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. You will be primarily responsible for the Quotation portion of the Lester Sales Process and contribute heavily toward the Opportunity Management and Post Sale portions.

Responsibilities:

  • Meets or exceeds sales goals as established by Inside Sales Manager/Directors
  • Serves customers by answering technical product questions; finds solutions to fit the appropriate application
  • Actively sells complimentary products; regularly asks customer “what else?” during quotation process
  • Upsells products and services
  • Participates in stock and project quotations; gathers information to prepare the bids/buys
  • Communicates with manufacturers to ensure proper procedures are followed and all pricing updates are in place
  • Expands product and application knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and unusual requests; explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Develops meaningful relationships with customers to encourage trust and loyalty; some travel is required
  • Improves Sandler sales skills to increase sales success rate
  • Contributes daily to Lester Sales and vendor pipelines

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Class A CDL Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent driving skills, and a commitment to safety. As a Class A CDL Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods to our clients in a safe and timely manner, ensuring the highest level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle.
  • Transport goods to various locations according to company and customer schedules.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logbooks and delivery receipts.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers.
  • Handle and unload goods as required.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Interstate (Class A) Commercial Driver’s License
  • Minimum of 30 months’ experience working in a full-time Class A tractor/trailer driving position in the previous 4 years.
  • No more than two (2) moving violations while operating a personal or commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
  • No serious traffic violations while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
  • No preventable accidents* while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last three (3) years.
  • No preventable DOT recordable accidents* (collisions resulting in disabling damage and/or immediate medical treatment away from the scene) while operating a commercial motor vehicle in the last ten (10) years.
  • No preventable accident* resulting in a fatality or catastrophic injury in driving history (commercial motor vehicle).
