Job Responsibilities: As Post-Sales Support, you will guide our customers from order entry through complete shipment. Your goal is to create a positive customer experience by communicating in a timely, accurate manner with customers, Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Warehouse personnel, and Directors. You will be primarily responsible for the Post Sale management portion of the Lester Sales Process.

Responsibilities:
- Enters and processes incoming customer orders in a timely manner
- Communicates with customer on all order updates (tracking and backorders) until order is completely shipped
- Logs all customer order updates in CRM
- Supports inside salespeople with communication to warehouse regarding orders shipped out of our warehouses
- Communicates with vendors to ensure proper order entry & accuracy for billing and monthly reconciliation
- Enters and processes customer return requests or address any quality issues that need to be communicated with manufacturer.
- Maintains up to date pricing in CRM database
- Expands knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
- Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Sends price increases/price files to customers
- Answers phones and direct calls to appropriate party
- Tracks and reconciles daily UPS/Freight charges
- Actively promotes and onboards customer to EDI (electronic ordering)

Qualifications:
- Proficiency is MS Office and CRM software
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- High school diploma or equivalent
During the course of a normal business day a warehouse associate will:
- Greet delivery drivers as well as customers for will call pick ups
- Greet delivery drivers as well as customers for will call pick ups
- Load and unload a wide array of delivery vehicles, including but not limited to flat be.d trucks, dry vans, Conestoga trucks, hot shot trailers, and standard 53′ road trailers
- Track and document shipment arrival and departure times
- Tag and label material
- Verify accuracy of packing list documents
- Box, wrap, and pack merchandise in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
- Prepare all orders for shipment
- Record and document any damaged merchandise/material
- Enter data in inventory an·d logistics software programs
- Operate motorized equipment including, but not limited to, sit down forklift, stand up reach truck/picker, motorized pallet jack, et al
Physical requirements
- Must be able to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time depending upon various tasks
- Must be able to operate motorized equipment over a wide array of surfaces including smooth concrete, exterior asphalt/blacktop, uneven/bumpy interior surfaces, and exterior areas covered by stone or gravel
- Must be able to lift up to’ 75 pounds without assistance. NOTE: It is a requirement that all packages, cartons, materials over 75 pounds require a team lift procedure to ensure worker safety
Cognitive Skills
- Must be able to perform basic math calculations associated with counting and recording inventory levels
- Must have good organizational and time management skills
- Must have good interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be able to solve daily problems associated with, and commonly encountered in a warehouse environment
Certifications
- Within the initial 90 day probationary work period all employees must pass certification tests to operate motorized equipment as a part of the overall job requirements.
