Employee Giving Campaign

Through our “Lester Lends a Hand” initiative, we proudly carry forward the legacy of Lester Sales by investing in the communities where our employees live and work. Giving back is a natural extension of our culture—supporting causes that matter most to our team and creating meaningful, lasting impact close to home.

We contribute to 501(c)(3) organizations across our 12-state footprint, while also supporting our own Employee Hardship Relief Program—providing assistance when it’s needed most.

In addition, Lester Sales Company is committed to the future of our industry through our Education Grant Program. Each year, we award ten $1,000 scholarships to students of our employees and customers within the electrical field, helping the next generation learn, grow, and succeed.
