Congratulations to our 2023 award recipients! Arnie Haley received the Straight Shooter Award for his many years of leadership and mentoring to our Lester Sales team. Troy Starr (from Lazear Capital) was given the 2023 Bullseye Award for his guidance and partnership during our ESOP transition. We recognized Rick Gill, President of Lester Sales, for 10 years of dedication and service. John Scott received an etched bottle of champagne in appreciation for his loyalty to the employees and the ESOP conversion.
