Lester Sales is pleased to announce several leadership transitions, that became effective July 1, that position our company for continued growth
and success.
𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗵 has been named President of Lester Sales Company. In this expanded role, he will oversee warehouse operations, finance, inside sales, and the Vice Presidents who manage our manufacturer partner relationships.
𝗠𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 has been named Executive Vice President of Sales, a new role leading our outside sales, projects, and contractor/specification sales teams, with a focus on strengthening distributor and contractor relationships.
𝗥𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗚𝗶𝗹𝗹 will transition from President to Chief Operating Officer, focusing on strategic initiatives, financial wellness, and our growing warehouse operation.
These transitions reflect our commitment to developing future leaders and positioning Lester Sales to best serve our manufacturer partners, customers, and employee owners.
